We invite you to join us and our ‘all male review’ panel (L-R: Tim Game, Richard Harvey, John McKenzie, Michael Roddan) , to discuss the culture and structures that permitted this conduct to occur in the past, continue to occur, and what needs to be done to deter and eliminate this conduct moving forward.

Tim Game SC, President of the NSW Bar Association
Tim was called to the NSW Bar in 1985, before taking silk in 1996. With over 30 years’ experience in the Law, he has extensive knowledge in the areas of criminal law, administrative and public law. Tim was listed as a Preeminent Criminal Law Senior Counsel in the 2017 Doyles Guide.

 Richard Harvey, President of the Law Society of NSW
Richard is an accredited specialist in property law. He has been in legal practice since 1982 and established his Mosman practice in 1993. A Councillor of the Law Society of NSW since 2011, he is Chair of their Property Law Committee and Specialist Accreditation Board, and member of their REI Joint Copyright Committee. He is also a Director of Lawcover Insurance Pty. Ltd.

John McKenzie, Legal Services Commissioner of NSW
A solicitor for 34 years, John has worked primarily as an Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law, largely for the Aboriginal Legal Service and on the staff of the Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody. He has also worked some years in private practice, Legal Aid and community legal centres. He was appointed the NSW Legal Services Commissioner in 2015.

Michael Roddan, Reporter, The Australian Financial Review
Michael is a senior companies reporter based in Sydney. He has worked as a business and economics reporter for The Australian and Business Spectator.
