DominiqueHogan-DoranDominique Hogan-Doran SC specializes in commercial dispute resolution, regulatory enforcement and public inquiries. She is also an accredited mediator and arbitrator. Since 2015 she has served as a trustee director of  an industry superfund servicing the hospitality and registered clubs industry, with $2.2 billion funds under management and 90,000 members. Dominique also serves on its Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

Dominique has a long history promoting the interests of the legal profession. She is a past President of WLANSW (1999-2001) and of Australian Women Lawyers (2002-2003). She is currently the Australian Bar Association’s representative on the Law Council of Australia’s Future of the Legal Profession Committee, and chairs its Globalisation (Export of Legal Services) Working Group.
