Speaker: Sally King,  Head of Marketing & Business Development for Coleman Greig Lawyers. Coleman Greig is Greater Sydney’s leading law firm. Sally is a tertiary qualified and a highly experienced marketing communications professional with substantial senior level experience covering strategy and planning; leadership communications; branding and promotion; digital content; campaign development; market research; and event management. Sally works closely with Coleman Greig’s Principals across all areas of practice to execute marketing and business development strategy. Sally has extensive networks having worked in private, public and not-for profit sectors.

Networking and marketing is instrumental in growing your practice. This session will focus on the importance of Business Development (‘BD’), how to make BD work for you, networking, tips and tricks on how to build and raise your profile, how to build a network and client base, as well as how to best present yourself.  

Webinar 4: Performing on paper and in court – advocacy, court & tribunal etiquette
Date: Thursday, 12 November 2020
Time: 1pm –  2pm, proudly hosted by HFW Australia
Speakers: Panel discussion with a mixed panel of practitioners who will discuss Court and Tribunal etiquette,, including The Hon Justice Jayne Jagot of the Federal Court of Australia.

Classic dos and don’ts of Court and Tribunal etiquette, whether this be in-person, video link or via phone, from the people that have seen it all. Come and learn the accepted Court and Tribunal etiquette, practice and procedure. War stories will be told from both sides of the bench to help you avoid becoming the next war story!
