Please join us on 1 June with guest speaker Jane Walton, a lawyer and ethicist who has been at the forefront in facilitating law reform and best practice in corporate governance. Jane will be speaking on Maintaining Professionalism in a time of crisis with details noted below.

Belinda GibsonBelinda Gibson joined the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as a Commissioner in November 2007. Her initial major role was to head the Capital Markets Taskforce of the Commission, which undertook a review of ASIC's position in building confidence in the integrity of Australia's capital markets. It reviewed the enforcement of the capital markets offences, and identified measures to improve ASIC's performance in that area.
