The Women Lawyers’ Association of NSW together with our event sponsors and hosts, Watts McCray and Australian Family Lawyers are excited to host an Equitable Briefing and networking event for the legal profession.

Equity for women in the legal profession remains a constant battle that women face.

We are hosting a panel of Barristers, consisting of Carmel Lee of Greenway Chambers, Jane Needham SC of 13th Floor St James, Edward Muston SC of 7 Wentworth Selborne and Sarwa Abdelraheem of Waratah Chambers. Together with our panel moderator, Jackie Vincent of Watts McCray and Australian Family Lawyers, we will be taking a deep dive into the experiences of Barristers and how firms and government agencies can adopt and support equitable briefing policies to ensure greater equity for women in the legal profession.

This is a free event and registrations are essential. Join us for networking and positive discussions about how we can support women in our legal profession into the future!
