2024 Women Lawyers Association AGM

Notice of meeting of the Annual General Meeting of the Women Lawyers’ Association of NSW Inc. to be held on Tuesday, 19 November 2024, commencing 5:30pm sharp AEDST online via Microsoft Teams.

You are eligible to vote as a current financial Individual Member, Life Member or the noted Official Delegate of a current Corporate Member.

Nominations are invited for the following Executive Committee positions:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Ordinary Committee Members (up to eight may be elected)

I encourage you to nominate yourself or another member for a position on the Executive Committee. We would like to have a good representation of our membership base including those who live regionally or outside the Sydney Metro area  as meetings are held both in person and online via MS Teams. A Nomination Form is available here for this purpose.

All forms are available online only.

If you are unable to attend I encourage you to vote by nominating a Proxy via the Proxy Form (available here). This form must be submitted online via our website and received by the Secretary no later than 4pm Friday, 12 November 2024. 

To further assist with administration, the Association would be grateful if you would submit your Nomination (together with biographical details and an election platform not exceeding 100 words) by 4pm Tuesday, 12 November 2024.
