Notice of meeting of the Annual General Meeting of the Women Lawyers’ Association of NSW Inc. to be held on Tuesday, 19 November 2024, commencing 5:30pm sharp AEDST online via Microsoft Teams.
Agenda:
1. Opening and Welcome by Chair
2. Minutes of the 2023 AGM
3. President’s Report
4. Treasurer’s Report including annual accounts
5. Vacation of Executive Committee
6. Election of office-bearers of WLANSW
7. Election of non-office-bearers of WLANSW (up to eight)
8. General Business
9. Close
Online attendance:
Please note you must be a current financial member and logged into the website to be able to vote at the AGM.
Online attendees must:
· Log in opens 20 minutes (5.10 pm) in advance for attendance to be recorded. No online attendees will be accepted into the meeting after 5:25pm, sharp.
· Have their full name displayed on Microsoft Teams.
· Have their cameras turned on and microphones muted.
· Use the “hand-up” function and wait to be addressed by the Chair before speaking.
Proxies:
Proxies are to be submitted to the Secretary by 4:00pm on Tuesday, 12 November 2024.
Nominations:
Nominations must be submitted to the Secretary by 4:00pm on Tuesday, 12 November 2024.
