Join us for a lunch time or an afternoon CDP, proudly hosted and sponsored by M+K Lawyersto hear about making a request for flexible working arrangements and parental leave and related entitlements which form part of the National Employment Standards (NES). The NES applies to solicitor employees, regardless of the contract of employment or company policies.

Our speakers are both specialists in employment and discrimination law:  

Larissa Andelman.  Larissa commenced at the NSW Bar in 2012, previously she was a litigator at the Fair Work Ombudsman and practiced at the Victorian Bar. 

Anna Perigo.   Anna commenced at the NSW Bar in 2009. Anna’s practice encompasses industrial, employment and discrimination law.
