The Centre for India Australia Studies (CIAS) warmly invites you to a webinar: ‘Perspectives of Women on Boards in India and Australia’ with an amazing list of speakers including the Governor of New South Wales as Guest of Honour, Her Excellency, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, and distinguished women directors from leading companies in India and Australia.

The webinar celebrates the hard work, strength and resilience of women directors entrusted with the crucial responsibility of managing the affairs of a company or organisation. It aims to raise awareness on the opportunities received, and challenges faced by women directors in India and Australia by combining anecdotal experience with contemporary legal and industry practices.  Renowned non-executive women directors from both countries will come together on a single platform to share their views on policy or legal recommendations for improving vertical mobility of women in leadership (key managerial roles) and governance (directorial roles).
