Kerrie is highly regarded as the ‘archivist and historian’ of women lawyers in NSW. She has been instrumental in capturing their history through film, images and chronicled women at the bar, including the Women Barristers Forum documentaries about the first wave of female barristers. As President and Secretary of the WLANSW, Kerrie was monumental in establishing the Janet Coombs lunch for new readers and annual drinks for female silks. She considers the formation of the Australian Women Lawyers as a quiet achievement after the hosting of the first WLANSW awards dinner. Kerrie has continually been involved in volunteer work for women and women’s groups.
